Documents consisting of more than 1 page must be bound together with ribbon and sealed otherwise they will be rejected by the Philippine Embassy. This should be carried out by a UK Notary Public. We also require a copy of your passport to submit to the Philippine Embassy. The passport must be in the same name as the subject person on the documents.
